With over 30 years in the sport, James Ogden is a World Muay Thai Champion with decades of experience training and competing at the highest level.
His one-to-one and small group sessions are designed for all ages (from 5 upwards) and focus on real results—whether that’s learning authentic Muay Thai skills, boosting fitness, losing weight, or gaining confidence.
Beyond the pads and ring, he also provides nutrition and health advice to help students change their lifestyle, improve their diet, and unlock their full potential.
Your first session is all about getting a feel for the training. We’ll cover the basics of stance, movement, and striking — no pressure, no experience needed. Just come ready to move and learn.
Not at all. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already training, sessions are tailored to your level. Coach Woko works with everyone — from first-timers to aspiring fighters.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and if you have gloves or wraps — bring them along. Don’t have gear? No worries, we’ve got you covered.
You don’t have to fight to train like one. Many clients train for fitness, confidence, and mental strength — not competition. You'll still get the full experience, without ever stepping in the ring.
Every session is one-on-one and focused. We mix striking drills, pad work, technique, conditioning, and mindset coaching — depending on your goals and skill level.
